VJ FZN Tempo Running Shoes
The VJ FZN Tempo is designed for fast running across mixed terrain, combining the feel of a road shoe with the stability and grip needed when your route leaves the asphalt. It suits hard training sessions and all-surface racing where efficiency and traction both matter.
The new SuperFOAMance+ midsole uses nitrogen-infused supercritical foam to provide bounce and energy return for fast running on mixed terrain.
Underfoot, the extremely light rubber outsole uses 3 mm lugs. They provide grip when running off-road while preserving feel and durability on asphalt. This gives the Tempo a practical balance for routes that combine roads and trails.
A full-length branched rock plate sits inside the midsole. It adds torsional stability, helps reduce energy loss and provides protection from rough terrain.
The lightweight, multi-zone engineered mesh upper balances breathability and durability while allowing water to drain quickly. A soft anti-slip heel and VJ Fitlock system help hold the foot securely when the terrain becomes more technical.

▸ How to measure your foot
For the best fit, measure your foot at home before ordering. It takes 2 minutes.
Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
Put on the same socks you would wear with these shoes.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall, foot straight.
Ask someone to mark the tip of your longest toe. Repeat both feet — use the longer measurement.
Measure heel to mark in cm. Use the size chart below to find your size. If between sizes, always go larger.

VJ have graded the fit on all shoes from 1 to 5 to help you find the perfect fitting shoe.
Wide
Grade 1 represents the most precise and narrow fit. Grade 5 has the widest fit.
The lower the number, the narrower the fit — essential for fast technical running where minimal foot movement matters. Higher numbers suit wider feet or those wanting extra comfort, and are often preferred on longer distances as feet tend to swell.
