Our story
Compass Point has been a trusted name in the orienteering and adventure sports community since 1991, known for providing top-quality gear, expert advice, and exclusive products that cater to both elite athletes and everyday adventurers.
Today Compass Point is run by Rom and Eleonora. Rom is an experienced orienteer who uses his knowledge of the sport to help customers choose the right gear, improve their performance and navigate the challenges of orienteering with confidence, whether they are first-timers or seasoned competitors.

Most weekends, you’ll find us at orienteering events across the UK, including major competitions such as the JK Orienteering Festival, the British Orienteering Championships, and various national and regional league events, ensuring competitors have access to essential gear right when they need it.
Our mobile shop is there, offering everything from last-minute race essentials to expert advice on selecting the right equipment. We are also proud to sponsor orienteering competitions and races, supporting the sport and the community that has embraced Compass Point for decades.
