Lightweight comfort from road to trail
The VJ FZN Aerofly is a versatile road-to-trail running shoe designed for runners who want a softer, more comfortable ride across mixed surfaces. It combines the feel of a road shoe with the stability and grip needed when your route leaves the tarmac.
The SuperFOAMance midsole uses soft, bouncy, nitrogen-infused foam to provide high energy return while keeping weight low. It offers a responsive ride with cushioning and ground feel for easy runs, run commutes and longer mixed-surface adventures.
Underfoot, the lightweight rubber outsole uses dense 3 mm lugs. The lug pattern provides grip on trails while maintaining feel and durability on asphalt, making the Aerofly well suited to routes that combine road and off-road sections.
A full-length branched rock plate sits within the midsole. It adds torsional rigidity, helps reduce energy loss and provides protection from rocks and rough ground without taking away the shoe’s responsive feel.
The upper uses lightweight multi-zone engineered mesh to balance breathability and durability. It also drains water quickly, helping the shoe stay lighter when conditions get wet. A soft anti-slip heel construction helps keep the foot secure, while the VJ Fitlock system stabilises the midfoot and supports the arch when the terrain becomes more technical.
Road-to-trail versatility
The FUZION Aerofly is a good choice when you do not want to be restricted to one surface. Use it for road-to-trail running, easy runs, run commutes, mixed-terrain training and ultra running.

Size Guide
▸ How to measure your foot
For the best fit, measure your foot at home before ordering. It takes 2 minutes.
Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
Put on the same socks you would wear with these shoes.
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall, foot straight.
Ask someone to mark the tip of your longest toe. Repeat both feet — use the longer measurement.
Measure heel to mark in cm. Use the size chart below to find your size. If between sizes, always go larger.

▸ Shoe fit scale
VJ have graded the fit on all shoes from 1 to 5 to help you find the perfect fitting shoe.
Wide
Grade 1 represents the most precise and narrow fit. Grade 5 has the widest fit.
The lower the number, the narrower the fit — essential for fast technical running where minimal foot movement matters. Higher numbers suit wider feet or those wanting extra comfort, and are often preferred on longer distances as feet tend to swell.
