INOV8 RoadFly Zero Women’s – Lightweight zero-drop road running shoes for racing and fast training
The Inov8 RoadFly Zero is a lightweight road running shoe built for runners who prefer a natural running feel without sacrificing comfort and responsiveness. Designed for racing, interval sessions and faster training runs, it combines a zero-drop platform with modern cushioning technology to create a fast and efficient ride.
The shoe features a nitrogen-infused FLYSPEED Pro midsole that provides lightweight cushioning, energy return and responsiveness. Working alongside the BOOMERANG footbed, it helps absorb impact while returning energy with every stride, making it suitable for both shorter races and longer training sessions.
With a 12mm stack height at both heel and forefoot, the RoadFly Zero offers a true zero-drop platform. Combined with Inov8’s anatomical fit, it promotes a more natural running position while keeping the heel and midfoot secure. The toe box widens naturally to allow the toes to spread comfortably during running.
The engineered mesh upper provides breathability and comfort, while the MET-CRADLE structure improves midfoot support and lockdown. A durable rubber outsole delivers reliable grip on roads, pavements and hard surfaces without compromising flexibility and responsiveness.

▸ How to measure your foot length
For the best fit, measure your foot at home before ordering. It takes 2 minutes.
On a hard floor, put a piece of paper against a wall.
Stand on the paper in your socks. Wear the type of socks you’d normally wear with this type of shoe.
Make sure your heel is against the wall and distribute weight evenly on your foot.
Ask someone to mark at the end of your longest toe. Repeat for both feet.
Measure the distance in mm. Pick your shoe size based on the length of your longer foot.

▸ Shoe fit options
Inov8 Mudtalon V2 comes in two fit options to suit different foot shapes and preferences.
Precision Fit — Narrower, snug fit that locks in at the heel and midfoot while widening at the toebox for natural toe splay. Best for narrow feet or runners who prefer a closer, more secure feel for maximum control and agility on technical terrain.
Wide Fit — Roomier toebox with more space for wider feet or extra comfort on longer distances when toes can swell. Provides greater wiggle room while maintaining the secure heel and midfoot lockdown.
Running Footwear Care
To maximise the life of your running shoes, make sure you dry them fully between runs. When dirty or muddy, clean your shoes to maintain the flexibility of the upper and its resistance to wear.
