Quick answers on delivery, dispatch, events and returns.
UK delivery is £3.95 by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days) or £4.99 by Royal Mail 1st Class (1–2 working days), and free on orders over £100. Next-working-day Special Delivery is £11.99 for parcels up to 1 kg.
We pack orders as quickly as we can and email you when your parcel is on its way. During busy event weekends it can take a little longer. If you need it fast, choose Special Delivery at checkout.
Yes. Our mobile shop is at orienteering events across the UK. Shop in person, get advice and pick up your gear before the race. No appointment needed.
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us first with your order number. Please try shoes on indoors: we cannot take back shoes worn outside unless they are faulty.
Yes. We send orders to Europe and the rest of the world by international airmail, and the price for your country is shown at checkout. Customs charges in the destination country are paid by the recipient.
Yes. We offer school starter kits and bulk orders, event equipment such as control kites and markers, and custom teamwear for clubs.
