VJ Irock 3 Trail Running Shoe

VJ IROCK 3  – THE GRIPPY ONE – has long been the most aggressive VJ shoe without metal studs for softer conditions. Its specifically designed lug configuration gives optimal grip when it’s slippery but still sheds loose debris that could otherwise become attached.

Now in its third generation, updates include improved toe protection, lighter Fitlock system, and improved laces.

With its precision fit and amazing grip, the Irock has long been an Orienteers favourite. In recent years shown its class in everything from obstacle course races to the most technical of skyraces.

Innovative system designed to improve the fit of the shoe, making it feel like part of your body. Integrated with the lacing, the Fitlock system tightens the shoe on the inside and under the arch of your foot.

• Available in UK sizes 3.5-13.

• Fit – True to size, providing a secure and responsive feel for competitive trail athletes. If in doubt between two sizes, consider the slightly larger option for comfort during extended runs.
