BARKU Mira x RBR Orienteering and Trail Running Shoe

BARKU MIRA x RBR – Made to enhance the runner who wants a durable and performing shoe that will keep you covered at all times. With ceramic reinforced upper and strategically placed reinforcements, it gives the protection and reliability needed on the go.

The sole is made with a super grippy rubber compound to comfort your run on wet and dry surfaces. The soft heel construction provides superb comfort and adaptive fit.

The super fabric ® used all around the uppers secures a long lasting shoe for all the challenges you will face in the forest. All orienteering shoes also have a protective mudguard around the split line between upper and sole with extra reinforcement on the toebox.

Super Fabric ® material developed for the U.S. military, featuring ceramic reinforcement on the outer layer. It is a material with a good track record in terms of durability.

Whether a shoe lasts forever or a season depends greatly on the individual runner. However, the foundation of the shoe and its construction are designed with long-term durability in mind.

Stress-Reliefing Heel

The heel counter has an “U-shape” which creates stability in sideways but still reliefes the heel from hard pressure. To secure the fit in the shoe, there is an extra padding section at the back.

Outsole x Options

Barku offers two different outsoles, one with integrated carbide steel studs STD (studded)  and one with butyl rubber mix RBR (rubber).  Product name indicates what type the shoe has.
