Ultimate Performance Advanced Kinesiology Tape is an ultra-light, ultra-thin, water resistant therapeutic tape. It has a more consistent stretch, is longer lasting, shower resistant, less bulky, has smoother edges and better adhesive.

When applied, it reduces pain and inflammation, relaxes overused tired muscles and supports muscle movement. In addition it helps increase blood flow and lymphatic drainage.

Instructions for use:
