Dispatch Schedule:

We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a working day will be dispatched the same day for Next Day Delivery.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM or during the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

Service Conditions:

  • This service is available to UK addresses only (some remote areas of Scottish highlands & Islands 2 days)
  • The maximum parcel weight eligible for this delivery option is 1kg.
  • Orders exceeding 1kg will require an alternative shipping option at checkout.
  • The delivery charge for this service is a fixed rate of £11.99, regardless of destination within the UK.

Tracking & Security:

  • Every parcel is fully trackable.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery.
  • You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery times are guaranteed by 1pm the following day, according to our courier partner’s terms (Royal Mail/DPD equivalent).
  • In rare cases of delay due to weather or other exceptional circumstances, we will contact you directly.

We will endeavour to keep order processing time to a minimum but please allow some time. Please let us know if items are needed urgently, we may be able to speed things through. You are welcome to send us a separate short email to highlight urgency.

If items are out of stock this will cause some delay but we will email to let you know this (there have been cases where unbeknown to us emails have not been received by the customer, this doesn’t happen very often.)

Our carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. Any additional customs fees, clearance charges, or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are set by the destination country’s customs authorities, and we have no control over them. Customs rules can differ greatly from country to country.
